Formerly known as Bourbon Restaurant and Bar, Restaurant Victoria by Raymond McArdle is located on what is referred to as Belfast's Golden Mile, ideally situated and ready to offer the best dining, atmosphere and entertainment that this fine city has to offer.

Restaurant Victoria can seat up to 250 people in a contemporary, uber-chic restaurant and bar and in July 2011, award winning chef, Raymond McArdle brought his culinary expertise to the heart of Belfast.

The pre and post theatre service ensures that guests not only have an evening of culture, but also, a fantastic dining experience with Raymond's exquisitely crafted menus, ranging from a 2-course menu at £12, a 3-course at £18, right through to £20, £25 and £30 set menus and of couse the ever demanding Chefs Table at £50 per head.

The Chef's Table

Raymond has created a Chef's Table emulating a butcher's block with the added touch of personal service from the Restaurant Manager and the complete experience of sampling the best of wines.

Layered with theatre and drama, the Chef's Table offers a prime view of the busy pass. This prestigious table can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests (min 6) for a truly extraordinary and interactive experience.

Raymond will create a bespoke menu using the finest market produce and a fantastic variety of flavours and textures (don't forget your camera to catch these priceless moments). The Chef's Table at Restaurant Victoria by Raymond McArdle delivers a classic, iconic and unforgettable experience.

Menus

Restaurant Victoria also offers private dining for parties and boutique weddings for 30-120 guests. Canopy and buffet parties are also catered for with personal input from Raymond himself on style and choice of food. Entertainment can also be provided for those special occasions.

The lunch menu is a prominent feature of this great restaurant. Lunch times are ideal for an informal business lunch or just a long lazy afternoon with friends.
